Bocconcini-stuffed Meatballs | Woolworths

Ingredients

  • 20 pkt pork & veal meatballs

  • 20 packets pork & veal meatballs

  • 220g La Casa Del Formaggio Cherry Bocconcini, drained

  • 5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

    5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

  • 700mL passata

    700mL passata

  • 2 tbs chopped parsley

    2tablespoons chopped parsley

  • 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan


Method

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Shape meatballs around bocconcini. Spray with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray and pan-fry for 1-2 minutes or until meatballs turn brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Add passata. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
