20 pkt pork & veal meatballs

220g La Casa Del Formaggio Cherry Bocconcini, drained
220grams La Casa Del Formaggio Cherry Bocconcini, drained
5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
700mL passata
700mL passata
2 tbs chopped parsley
2tablespoons chopped parsley
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Shape meatballs around bocconcini. Spray with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray and pan-fry for 1-2 minutes or until meatballs turn brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Add passata. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve sprinkled with parsley and parmesan.
