Meet Taylah and Ameila. They have been part of Bakers Delight, serving the local community for the past five years.

1. Tell us a bit about yourself and how you came to be part of this business.
We've worked in the bakery for the past 5 years, and it's been such a rewarding journey. We genuinely love what we do - from the early morning bakes to greeting our regulars by name.

2. What do you love most about running or working in this store?
We love being part of the local community and seeing familiar faces come through the door each day. There's nothing better than knowing our customers by name and being a small part of their daily routine.

3. What's your favourite product in the store and why?
It's hard to pick just one. Amelia’s favourite product is the Cheesymite Scroll. “I love them fresh out of the oven - soft, cheesy and absolutely delicious!" Taylah loves the Sticky Cinnamon Scroll - “freshly baked, warm and delicious!"

4. Can you share a memorable customer story or a moment?
Some of our most memorable moments are simply when customers take the time to share their appreciation for what we do, letting us know how much they value having a local bakery serving the community. Those small moments of gratitude remind us why we love what we do.

5. When someone visits your store for the first time, what experience do you hope they walk away with?
We hope every new customer feels genuinely welcomed and leaves with that "fresh from the oven" feeling - good food, friendly service, and a reason to come back.

6. If you could tell every customer one thing about your store, what would it be?
Everything is baked fresh, every day, right here in store - real ingredients, real bakers, real care.
